Pastself is operated by Omn IA, Geneva, Switzerland. These terms govern the purchase and use of the service.

1. Service

Pastself generates fictional « past lives » (portraits, stories, and — depending on the tier — voice and videos) from a selfie, using artificial intelligence.

2. Tiers and pricing

Basic 9.99 CHF (1 life), Pack 3 19.99 CHF (3 lives), Premium 29.99 CHF (5 lives + voice + 2 animated videos). Prices in Swiss francs, one-time payment, no subscription.

3. Payment

Secure payment via Stripe (card, Twint, Klarna where eligible). Generation starts after payment confirmation.

4. Delivery

Content is generated automatically and made available online (and by email) within a few minutes.

5. Withdrawal and refund

As this is personalised digital content generated on demand, the right of withdrawal does not apply once generation has started. As a gesture of goodwill, we offer a refund within 24h if you're unhappy: email contact@pastself.xyz.

6. Intellectual property

You receive a personal-use right over the generated content. Omn IA retains rights over the technology and models.

7. Fictional nature

Pastself is a creative entertainment experience. Past lives are AI-generated for fun — not a historical claim, not a statement about reincarnation.

8. Liability

The service is provided « as is ». Omn IA cannot be held liable for any use of the content contrary to law or to these terms.

9. Governing law

Swiss law. Jurisdiction: Geneva.
