Data collected

Email address, the selfie you upload, generated content (portraits, stories, voice, videos), and site usage data (analytics).

Purposes and legal basis

Provide the service and deliver your archive (contract performance), and improve the product (legitimate interest).

Sub-processors

Supabase (database and storage, EU region), Higgsfield (image and video generation), Anthropic (stories), ElevenLabs (voice), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), PostHog (analytics). Your data is only shared to deliver the service.

Retention

Your selfie is encrypted and automatically deleted after 30 days. Your archives remain accessible until you request deletion.

Access, rectification, deletion, portability, and objection. Write to contact@pastself.xyz to exercise your rights or request erasure of your data.
